Robert Crawford, a proud member of the Blackfeet Nation, is a seasoned business strategist, licensed Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams, and licensed Financial Services Representative with The Miliare Group. He helps entrepreneurs and organizations build strong, fundable, and scalable businesses through strategic planning, financial readiness, and culturally grounded economic development. With more than 20 years of experience navigating federal, tribal, and legal frameworks across Indian Country, Robert is nationally recognized for his expertise in Tribal Right of First Refusal (ROFR), trust land transactions, and land-based business structures. His multidisciplinary background gives clients a powerful advantage when developing businesses that must align with regulatory requirements, lender expectations, and long-term sustainability goals. Robert has founded and scaled multiple successful companies and has supported countless entrepreneurs—from first-time founders to seasoned operators—in launching, funding, and expanding their ventures. A core part of his consulting process includes organizing a client’s financials through a Personal Financial Review (PFR) to ensure they meet lender expectations for loans, grants, and investment capital. Lenders increasingly require clear and accurate financial documentation, risk analysis, and protection planning—areas in which Robert is uniquely qualified to guide clients to full “funding readiness.” A retired U.S. Army Infantry Captain, Robert served as the Assistant Officer-in-Charge of Regional Command–East in Afghanistan, one of the most strategically critical and operationally intense regions in the theater. His leadership experience at this level translates directly into his work today—bringing discipline, structure, clarity, and mission-focused execution to every business plan he develops. Robert has also served as a Real Estate Advisor, Legal Advocate, and Homeownership Coordinator for the Blackfeet Nation, and as the former Co-Chair of the Montana Native American Homeownership Coalition. His mission is to empower Native families, leaders, and business owners through culturally aligned pathways in entrepreneurship, wealth-building, and land stewardship.
