Welcome to Pathways to Homeownership: A Native Guide (the "Course"), hosted on the Thinkific platform ("Platform"). By enrolling in the Course, accessing the Platform, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be handled in the Blackfeet Tribal Court, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
